What does it mean to be a transformational parent?
It means that you can transform any challenge with your boy into healing and growth - for your whole family.
It means you can face conflicts with larger-than-life compassion and grace - and repair them more quickly.
It means you can transform your big emotions - and help your son transform his big emotions, too.
In this 6-month group coaching program, you will learn new ways to respond to your son’s biggest challenges -- his frustrations, meltdowns, and perhaps the most common triggering emotion of all -- his anger.
You’ll also heal and grow yourself into being a stronger, happier parent, with a proven process that will help you parent your boy with more ease and more joy than ever before (no matter how much you’ve struggled in the past).
The Framework for Transformation includes (but isn’t limited to) these areas:
Taking Care of Yourself -- Healing Your Own Big Emotions & Triggers
Uncover how the way you were parented is affecting the way you (and your partner) are parenting now.
Recognize your current reactions to his anger and big emotions - and choose to respond differently
Be supported to take better care of yourself, even when it seems all you do is take care of others
Taking Care of Your Son -- Speaking His Language, especially when he is upset!
Learn the tools and strategies so you can communicate with him in a boy-friendly way
Understand your son’s anger and why this emotion often overrides everything else
How to help him become emotionally aware - key to his happiness & relationship success
Nurturing Your Future Together -- Inspire More Connection & Possibility Every Day
Learn how to repair, rebuild, and reconnect with your son in long-lasting ways
Set healthy and realistic goals for your relationship with him now and into the future
Uncover what is yours to take care of - and where you need to let go
Is this program for YOU?
This is a thoughtfully-gathered, intimate group of 10-12 like-minded moms-of-boys who are ready to commit to showing up for each session and who are ready to take the change-steps necessary, knowing there is support from the group and support from Janet.

“This is the first time I have ever participated in a group online and I could not be more glad that I decided to join. Being in community and sharing with other moms of same age boys is so ecouraing and reassuring. Janet is a lovely and loving host who makes it fun, insightful and always valuable.” — Amy, Vermont, USA

Moms are saying:
“Being in a MOM’S GROUP wasn't something I thought I needed — until I joined.
Having a space to share the trials and tribulations of raising a boy has been so helpful to me. Hearing from other moms has really normalized my experience and allowed me to feel less anxious. The tools and strategies we learn and practice are not only practical but are actually making my parenting journey with my son calmer.” - Raelee, North Carolina, USA
